the dealership has a program that shows where the car was originally sent and it may show the first buyer.

 

You can use the vin and check for accident occurrences, if they were reported.

 

Alright so what happened was I bought it off some college kid in santa cruz.
I checked it out, carfax was clean, drove fine.

I didn't notice anything untill the rain came. It turns out the trunk leaks on one side. I took out the linning and found some bad welds that are cracked! It was obvious that it had been in a wreck. I later found broken glass inside one of the doors.
I was just tring to find out what happend to it, who painted it, repaired it etc...
I'm still not sure what color it is either.
