Hey I'm in the 818 too!

 

818 (SFV) meets are held on Wednesday nights in Northridge at Toadz across from Costco around 9pm

 

there was Life Plaza on Sundays, don't know if this is still happening

 

WTF is Toadz?

 

Toadz is a restaurant, we meet at the parking lot, people start to show up around 9, everybody is welcome. We hang around, talk cars, then some of the guys go out to the canyon for a drive.

 

Darn, I work late on the weeknights. Any regular weekend meets?

 

We just had a meet yesterday in Granada Hills. All in all we had about 14 cars, including 1 VW R32 and 1 SRT-4. This was more or less the same group from the Westlake Village meet in September. Due to the huge success of both meets, I believe we all agreed to make this a monthly thing. I think what we'll end up doing is switching up the locations each month to accomodate people's locations. Last month was in Westlake Village, yesterday was in the valley, next one will be at one of those two.

So to answer your question in a long, roundabout way...yes, there are meets in the SFV other than the Wednesday night ones. I'll post here when we decide on the next meet, whether it's back in Westlake Village or in the SFV somewhere.
