How about they give away a GC8 wide-body kit!
Then I would attend. JK
Actually when is the kit going to be ready?

Haha.. I don't really want to set a specific date, but all I can say is within 2-3 months. We're hoping to get the first batch of kits shipped by the new year.

That is great news!
I know your site has it listed in C/F or 'glass, but how feasable would it be to make the fenders out of steel or aluminum. You have probably thought about all this before and I assume it would make the kit cost WAY more, but would you ever consider it? Sheets of metal are way less $ than composites. I really want this kit but I think composites may not be very durable( like if someone crashed into me).

Unfortunately the tooling for steel or aluminum fenders is extremely expensive. It's only cost effective if you make a few thousand parts or charge insane prices for the parts (like real 22B fenders). If someone crashes into you any fenders will be trashed.
