hello subie nation. last friday i wuz pulled over by an Orange County Sheriff. he claims i ran a right light which i didn't. this light is at a large intersection with 2 lanes of traffic and turning lanes in all 4 directions. that wuz $115 buckaroos. the other tix are the same amount but at different speeds? the first waz 90+ in a 45 the other waz 74mph in a 45? each ticket will cost me $305 dollars each? my question is the speeding tickets are on the same road which is ONLY .04 of a mile will this hold up in court? let me try to describe this road, at one end of the section of road is the fourway lighted intersection .04 of a mile later is a fourway stop signed intersection. ahh.. 2 lanes of traffic in each direction with a large grass medium between. he clocked me when i wuz oncoming traffic and then he made a uturn and clocked me the 2nd time? (on the same road) will this hold up in court? any advise will always help. subie nation you've always helped me out of a jam with my car. please help me out of a jam with the MAN. thanks in advance. peace.

 

so he pulled u over for violating different speeds on the same road, in one direction? i think the cop is retarded. SO lets see, he tickets u one for going over 75 and then realizes ur going 90 and tickets u again, and then for running a red lights. BUt then again ur not really denying that u didnt do this so breaking the law is breaking the law, i am sure one will be thrown out cause the cop is a dumbass. but running a light and speeding in a 45 espeically that much good luck man

 

maybe i should SLOWDOWN and proof read. the MAN claims i ran a RED light oops. let me tell ya he also claims i was running from him. he had his gun drawn handcuffed me and put me in the patrol car for about 15 minutes. not a good feeling. this strip of road is only .06 of a mile oops 2x. subie nation i without a doubt was speeding. but 2 tix on the same road which is only .06 of a mile. i know he was just trying to do his job. he told me at first i waz going to jail and he waz going to cut me a break?

hello subie nation, so sorry for using the wuz and not the word was. i did'nt mean to upset you and to answer the question about my age, i haven't been 18 in in 15 years. please please anything helpful would make me happy. for some reason the this thread as been moved to SoCal? i live in Orange County Florida home to Mickey & Mini. but i guess it's all the same. i will without a doubt inlist the services of lawyer. does anyone have a clue how much cash this might cost? this traffic stop was on my 03 Aprilia RSV mille. i also didn't mention the front wheel was off the ground.
