1. everyone brings a gift
2. everyone gets a number
3. person 1 grabs a gift from the pile, opens it, shows everyone
4. person 2 has a choice of opening a new gift or stealing the gift from person 1
if person 1 has his gift stolen, he picks another gift form the pile
5. person 3 has the choice of stealing from person 1 or 2, or picking a new gift from the pile
if person 3 steals from person 1, person 1 can pick a new gift or steal from person 2
6. repeat until everyone has gone
rules:
you may not pick your own gift
you may not steal back something that was stolen from you
a gift may only be stolen x times (you guys pick a number)
some variations:
person 1 has the option of stealing a gift after the last person goes.
