estimated horsepower numbers?

I currently have cat back exhaust, APS cai, and Unichip w/ boostcontrol. Im looking to get a catless downpipe,uppipe, VF34, STi injectors, 255 lph fuel pump, and TMIC. I was wondering what sort of whp numbers i should expect. Any ideas.

Depending on the dyno and tuning, but not cnsidering fuel preference from 220whp to 280whp. Oh yeah, ditch the unichip, and dont worry about the intercooler yet.

Well who does your tuning? Is it a plug in type unichip or did you have to splice the wires?

That's not true at all. They don't do much if they are not properly tuned for (and in fact can create serious problems); however, if you install a quality intake (APS, Injen) and properly tune for it, you can see measurable gains.

Intake = ricer mod =)
that was my first mod and I still highly regret it its not worth putting on unless your making a good amount of hp... and my set up is well more than this one mentioned.....

No, an intake is not always a 'ricer' mod.

Ricer mods are crappy jobs done on the cheap with knockoff parts; for instance, putting a $30 APC knockoff shorty intake on your WRX and not turning for it is a ricer mod. Throwing on an eBay 19.99 BOV is a ricer mod. Putting giant neon-colored grounding wires all over your engine bay is a ricer mod.

Buying a quality-made, lab-tested part and having your engine pro-tuned to work with that part is not a ricer mod.

Intake without bigger turbo on a wrx = ghey, the car is so much easier to tune, and it will run so much better with the factory airbox.

Intakes, on next to stock cars are ricer mods, +2

Generally you won't see large HP gains with an air intake. That's why Mine's in Japan hardly ever uses them. Don't believe I have ever seen a Mines tuned car that did not still have the facorty box, with just a higher quality filter element in there.
