Should I buy a Helix UP or use the Godspeed I already have?
I already bought a Godspeed up pipe for $50. Looks to be of high quality. But having delt with annoying exhaust problems on my last car, I'm afraid of the gasket failing in a year or so from the engine torqing. This is why I'm looking at a Helix UP. The only problem is that they run $200, that and I already got a good solid one for $50. Am I being overly paranoid, or do I have a legitimate concern?

I would slap the Godspeed pipe in there, I have not heard anything bad about that piece and to be honest most solid uppipes that fit well when installed seem to stay that way.

$50 bucks is a damn good price and it wouldn't hurt to slap it on. I'm sure Godspeed will stand by their products. Their downpipe is cool, does not trigger CELs and you don't need to splice any wires.

I would say unless you can get a Helix or flex uppipe for a great price, i would just put on th at upipe, im running the vishnu solid uppipe, and no seriously problems... but im sure the gasket is gettin eaten up, so i'll replace that soon
GodSpeed uppipe retail 199 + shipping. You got a hell of a deal for 50 bucks.
My experience with the GodSpeed uppipe never gave me any problems at all. His uppipes has been around for over 2 years now. Terrific spool and no CEL. And yes, GodSpeed stand by their products.

Yeah, I go to school with the guy I got it from. He installed headers with an UP designed into it and had the GodSp. sitting around. I guess I'm gonna just slap that sucker in there and put the money into something else...like a six pack and pizza for the install.
