big differnece. stage 3 is a fairly stressed set up. but i found, it spools the best and is very responsive. youll relize the limits of the stock fuelling system, and turbo still runs out of power on the top end. when i pulled my turbo- it was leeking oil and coolant=overspun
stage 4 is slower spooling, but very driveable with good tunning, and has good pull=enough to plant you in the seatv;.
