I really like the way cti-club.com looks. http://www.cti-club.com/forum/index.php

It's clean and has a nice color scheme. Might be a good one to model after. Just a suggestion.

yah, dont over do the header with colorful pictures because then it would be too obvious to my boss that I ain't working at my desk.

Yes I agree with meebs. That site does look about 50 times better than this one. At least resize everything so its not optimized for 15" monitors running 800 x 600... sheesh.
