Would be a useful feature. Turn em on!

 

I prefer to keep it off.

Here is why.

If you start a thread. Then it becomes really big. Many people reply to it. Then, someone upsets you and you deside to delete your initial post. When you do, you will delete the whole thread since you started it. I don't want that.

 

How about only being able to delete a post if nobody replies or only if less than 5 people post on it?

 

Also, it doesn't have to apply to the original thread starter only. If somebody accidently posts something to a thread and wants to delete it, that would be cool too.
