I-club on tapatalk?

I think it would be a great idea if you guys submitted this to tapatalk app for the iPhone, nasoic.com is already using it and it's great. It's very iPhone friendly, no resizing page constantly if you're viewing it off of your browser, you can view links, and pics, and it's very easy to use.

Hi,

There are no plans in integrate the use of Tapatalk on I-Club. It is a fee based app. The desire is to always allow free access to I-Club. Sorry.

Fee based for who? The users or the forum? If you're trying to say it is fee based for the end user that is a pretty weak argument as there is also a free version of it, and regardless of that the existence of a $3 app and the ability for those who wish to, to use it, doesn't limit access to i-club to those that don't wish to pay. Yes, you can pull up i-club in safari, but apps run and load so much faster since they don't have to download as much data (also good for those that fall under AT&T's no longer unlimited data plan).

tapatalk basic is free. and awesome. http://www.tapatalk.com/

Yet, I don't think $2.99 for the end user to pay for the full app is out of the question. I know I'd pay. I already have for another site that uses it.

I vote for enabling it! All you got to do is click a button to enable it right? Free for the forum and if the people choose to pay that is up to them.

Perhaps give us an honest reason? Previous reason was perceived as kind of BS-ish. I think we deserve an honest answer given the fact that we are the reason i-club exists. We are the reason vendors are willing to give i-club money.

That was honest. We , honestly will not install any fee based apps on I-Club as access should be free. The discussion should be improving site usability, not asking member's to buy an application to make it easier to access the site. I hope that helps. Thanks.

My bad, I took your explanation as half-assed, when really it was the whole reason. Why don't you put up a poll to see what the users actually think.
