Its just white. The picture is of a decal stuck on a black surface.

so I have an issue...I received my package today for the decals and I only received one and charged for 4 on the invoice (I ordered 4). What should I do now to get my other three?

stick it on your car and peel it off

make sure you wipe the area off, you dont want dust underneath your decal.
