Are you talking about your "avatar" on i-club? Your probably using an incorrect size. Your picture can't exceed 600 megapixels. Therefore, use MS paint or something equivalent to "re-size" your bug-eye photo. Hope this helps. Next time try being more specific ie. don't use the phrase, "profile pic" if your referring to i-clubs "avatar".
