Talking DIY Forum

Im new to this site just recently gt a wrx but have been driving it forever since my dad got it but its mine now and i have been thumping through the threads and you guys have a world of information here that i can learn from so thanks for that. I was thinking why isnt there a Do it Yourself forum or topic because i see alot of self done projects but in order to find them you have to hunt through seperate forums and its a pain i think this would make things alot easier for people so that was my suggestion and my first post lol

We do have a forum for Ongoing Projects. It allows people to post up their cars w/ photos, and have a detailed description of everything they did.

Check it out here

Those types of walkthroughs are present throughout the site. If you do a search in the appropiate forum, you should be able to find what you are looking for.

yes i am suggesting they be organized instead of having to search using keywords and things of that nature into a how to forum where people can post them as well as any questions if they plan on trying them themselves i think it would be a good idea

i see what you mean and have seen such subforums on Honda sites. However, i-club and NASIOC threads are easy to find and read through b/c most people stay on topic and people have somethign to contribute.

In other forums (Honda-tech for example,) questions are left unanswered and noone gives useful advice. That is not the case with the Subaru forums so far.

The DIY subforum is unnecessary. Just learn to search and you'll be okay.
