time stamp color

The red time stamp on a dark background is impossible to read at a glance.

KISS make that item a light color.

Alex,

I definitely like the lighter background and darker text. Here's a webpage that might help with chosing a color scheme:

http://www.prowebsitemanagement.com/...itecolors.html

A breakdown of color theory can be found at this website http://healing.about.com/gi/dynamic/...olourprop.htm:

Just watch out (this website uses A LOT of colors!)

edit: the one thing that is still hurting my eyes is the stripped black & white background. it would be great if you can soften that up!
