I think that it would be cool if there was an additional way to receive certain things in our accounts (the message that falls under ths posts, avatars, and all the other little things).

The scooby snack system is an ingenious way to bring more people onto the site, all the while ensuring that they post helpful information. But to get even small bonuses takes forever. And if it only encourages post-whoring in the Info forums, then that information lacks quality and substance.

Just thinking out loud.
