Avatars

I'm new so I don't know if this has been brought up.....but what about having personal avatars under ppls user names? I know they're pretty useless but they do add a personal touch and make identifying ppl easier....just a suggestion...

My vote is too keep avatars OFF. When I visit other sites with avitars and giant signature files it's just a big cluster**** of annoying images and animated gifs.

And think of those poor souls stuck with dial-up connections at home. All those little avatars and sigs take forever to download and can sometimes crash my computer
