actually, due to unforseen events, (I just bought a house and am supposed to close escrow on the 26th, so I will be moving the weekend this event is supposed to take place.) I have cancelled this event as far as a large scale event goes....however, if people still wanna meet out there on this day we can have a "whoever shows up and wants to hang out meet" but as far as all the stuff that I had mentioned, its not gonna happen.....sorry to disappoint those that were looking forward to this....maybe after the dust settles from my move, we can get something better together before the summer is over.

Ted, could you please also indicate if all the above-listed activities still have a green light for the meet?

I saw the link to the regular BDG meet but this thread could really benefit from an update in the first post showing Big Dogs Grill's address and a map. I've edited the thread title to indicate the date of the meet.

What is the cost to members for this meet, or is it free?

Too bad about the meet but congrats on the house, that is way more important. I might show up to this since it is about 3 days before I leave for school, I think it would be my last meet.

Thanks everyone for the good Mojo on the house! ....its gonna need some TLC, but it'll be sick when I am done.....I am having a detached 2 car garage built in the backyard with a workshop area.....the house has an attached 1 car, that will become a pass-thru garage to gain access to the back yard. It also needs a new Kitchen and couple of Bathrooms...but that just means I get to personalize it exactly how I want it.

Anywho....yea....BDG Get together is NOT happening, therefore IF anyone decides they wanna meet up there on that day to just hang out and have a regular meet....then it will be the same menu as a normal BDG meet on Thurs. All of the special events have been cancelled as well....Sorry guys....but I promise....when my house gets done......or atleast most of the way done.....I am already planning on having an all suby housewarming party/POSSIBLE install day (provided my new Garage/workshop is completed by then.) I will keep everyone posted on this.....and WW....yes....if/when I decide to organize another BDG get together....I will start a new thread and trash this one.....and BTW, thanks for editing the Thread title....you da man!
