I was really looking forward to this years Mt. Hamy Meet. Last years was my first Suby event (i'd just bought my WRX) and was the beginings of our North Bay I-club family. All of the convoys were so much fun, and I met so many great people, I was really looking forward to doing it all over again. I would be more than willing to help out this year.

My 2 cents.

organizing events isn't too much fun...i know cuz i've done enough of 'em. the trick is to delegate rather than tackle every task.

The time to start is near. Need to secure the funds for the site, and then make the arrangement with the Park Service.

After that, amass donations, and then create a list of who's coming in June... Have food planned out by late June, and be ready to go by mid July.

If July 11th is to be the date, I won't be able to help that immediate week before the 11th, as i will be out of town. But I can help out any other time, and with other things.
