did you guys do an Evite for the event? that's much easier to keep track of and by replying, people commit themselves to some degree rather than post on the forums.

Evite is a wonderful tool!!!

Hi,

Yeah, there's definatly a lot of planning that goes into this type of meet... especially the Hamilton meet... lots of food, money, and time is needed. Last year went well, although we did have a few slip ups (thanks to me). But, I've learned from last years mistakes, and can make the next one even better. I didn't think too many people were interested anymore... the first 2 just kinda happened.... then the next one happened cuz of interest. If there's enough interest, I'll definatly do it... and I'll make it hell of a lot better than last year.

I thought Mt. hammy was a given event that everyone looked forward to...last year was my first. just seeing peoples faces as a bunch of subbies, srt4s and even a couple evo's on the freeway passed by was awesome. And the caravan we had at D&B was awesome!
