well today when driving home from work i went to get on my car. i'm running a 01 RST ludespeed stage 2 kit. also have a greddy emanage with all the supporting mods.


when normal driving my wideband reads fine everything hits it's mark at normal driving no boost.

now when i start to boost (i boost at 5.8lbs) and hit 5psi my car loses all power and i see my a/f drop to 26.x (very lean and bad) and the car will start to back fire and rpms just drop badly. it almost feels the same as when the turbo blew on our 240 but a little different. any ideas will be great.

also i tried a different map for my e-mange and still no luck if anyone has a emu i can also send the file if you wanna see it.

Check your intercooler piping? Maybe one of the pipes got loose so theres a leak somewhere?

 

running a TMIC and no leaks checked that already. i will check for shaft play sometime this week hopefully friday after work

 

welp you guys may be right. i will re-do a better boost test since last night i was probably over reacting. my car runs perfect in every way but in boost.

when my turbo blew in my 240 it made weird noises and bogged.... and whats happing now it it just back fires and loss power no noises or bogging.

Also talked toi my tuner and gave him a log and he noticed that my pressure sensor is not reading and boost. so i hope that is it. and that sounds like it would make since since everything is tuned around the pressure sensor. (again n/a turbo'd) welp tonight will be the night to figure things out i'll update this later.

 

well it was my "T" snapped right where my pressure sensor was connected. fixed that and all problems solved. (i forgot i had the "T" hidden and it was also under my TMIC hahaha)
