no, it is +1 for helping my boss. he's a cool guy who takes care of his people.

and the big rewards, i didn't mean myself personally, i mean the company in general.

i've advanced more at this place in under 2 years than i did at my last place in 5 years. my boss has played a big part in recognizing what i can do and letting me do it.
