built two vdubs in my past.. first bug was 1969 original when i got it changed everything dropped a 2110cc stroker motor in it that thing was a beast sold it to a buddy of mine back home then bought a 1963 original ragtop was clean more of a cruiser had it for sometime then sold it, recently sold my baby a 1950 buick super.. DAMN!! oh well will get another vintage later, but this time thinkin a 50 merc........

Should of never sold that buick. I'm building a 53' 4 door caddy right now. Wish it was as far along as that buick.



I need some springs and wheels for the wife's golf. Wish I could find some cheap black with polished 18's.

sold the mk3, but still pimpin it out in the rabbit...it's currently down, putting a 4K tranny in it (gus, where you at?!)

thanks...the car is the project car, but it's reliable. i don't care what people say about VW's reliability, cause this thing is one of the most reliable cars i've owned. Only issue I had was a bad pressure plate. 8v + CIS = win.

Pslots are the winter wheels...I had a set of ATS cups that were going to go on, but ended up selling them to buy coilovers.

pressure plate is nothing on these cars...it's 6 bolts to drop the tranny
