Why such an aggressive wheel setup when you're running undersized tires and clearly not intending on using it for track racing?

For that size wheel, yes. And that mod list is clear as day not that of a car intended to take on track duties.

New wheels, carbon fiber front lip, side skirts, rear skirts, mirrors, and HKS/Kansai Diffuser.
