There's some info on NASIOC about the USDM TMIC. It's not a direct fit for the wrx, but it does fit with some work.

It fits just fine with little work. I have it on my 03WRX. All you need to do is slightly bend down the passenger side bracket
and re-position the hose the mounts to the throttle body.
