Yes its illuminated/backlit the same as the oem wrx gauges green and no cup is included . You can get the cup and see the gauge on the greddy site. This gauge is new in an unopened box and it comes with everything needed to hook it up!! Thanks for your interest.

What size is this gauge? 52mm?

Jayl thanks for the bump, enjoy the gauges, there pretty sweet arent they. I have the same set in my rex and I love them!

Do you have anymore gauges? What size are they?

You also stated that they are green backlit... any possibility of getting amber?
