It is still for sale, and is the splice in variety. Comes with instructions, color coded diagram, and connectors.

The parts are still available

You can get the pnp harness from vishnu or possibly from a private party at a reduced rate.

Other wise there are just 5 wires you need to splice into from the factory harness. Some people stated this could be done a bit further up the harness where it is less noticeable.
