Currently, I have several sets of HID conversion kits for sale. They can fit on H1, H4, 9007, 9004 and 9006 HB4. The kit is made by Polaris of Japan which is actually the OEM mfg for Acura and LEXUS, so you bet there will be quality and safety guaranteed. The temp is 4500k with 70% white and 30% purpleish. It is street legal with NSTHA approval. There is a one full year warranty certificate.
The kit includes two individual waterproof ballasts, two separate relay/fuse boxes and two antiglare featured xenon gas filled bulb. Very easy to install and remove for later resale.

Yes, the kit will operate under Hi and Lo control even if you flip the handle inside your car. The same that we have for 9004s.
