piping is almost exactly the same, but the difference doesnt get in the way of anything. i dont know how much it would cost to have someone else do it, probably $40 MAX. it is an easy job, and can be done at home if you have experiance welding and the tools to do it (which i am finding not many people have one or the other)

you can bolt up the rear section no prob, i am almost 100% sure that is the section with the hanger that needs to be moved though. the mid sectionshould go on like OEM. a downpipe is only on turbo'ed cars. your rs just has headers that go into two cats that are in the same section of pipe, random tech sells a high flow cat section that replaces both the factory cats, it adds quite a bit to your HP numbers. if you get headers they will bolt up to the stock cat section, unless you get something like the MRT that is an all-in-one type of deal, then you can still use the rear section.
