I am selling a Vishnu Stage 1 reflashed ECU for the WRX from my previously stage 1 sedan.

It's an 02 5MT WRX version AF423 ECU.

I am selling the car and I am parting it out.

This is for the reflashed ECU and the bleeder fitting for reduced boost control solenoid duty cycle and minimal boost increase.

Again, no swap / exchange necessary.

Vishnu Tuning sells the reflashing alone for $650 (you must supply the ECU to be reflashed). Additional reflashes from Vishnutuning are $175 per flash to upgrade to a different calibration. All Vishnu pricing can be found here:
