FS-Tx: Forge BOV 100% atmospheric in Anodized blue

Is this a universal setup? or is this specifically for wrx?
Does it come with any flanges?

not sure if it is universal, I bought it for the WRX and do not know the model number. Their is no flanges it has a blue anodized plug for the pipe that went to the stock BOV.
