Car Info: 2004 Subaru STI/WRX Silver of course

By looking at that mounting plate it will not fit on a STI. I had a Blitz BOV on my STI and it was mounted directly on the mounting flange and it barley fit. Actually I don't see how anybody could use that mounting flange.. What kinda car was this on...??? Although if they didn't use it.
