What are the JDM wrx struts? Are they the bars that go in the trunk and over the engine that connect the strut towers together? and what is OBO?

Hey bud,

Just got my STI lights, and i'm fairly sure it's got a motor in it. Too late to really look now (and besides i don't know what i'm looking for). I'll check tomorrow, and if they have motors i'll take the height switch.
