Yes, one of the only kits that does. I sold my stock rims so the sky is the limit with size now hence selling them for the bling bling factor. To be honest, I'm bored of items after a few months. Just look at the stuff I'm selling. It is all in great condition and bearly uesed. My loss is your gain.

Keep in mind I'm taking a beating by selling at this price. I jsut dropped $650 on them plus shipping 4 months ago. Nothing wrong with them, just need cash for motor build up project.
