Aron Frost update
Well I received this letter on Saturday informing me that the criminal case had already went through without my knowledge and he is being released from prison on 1-9-03. That's all I know until I call up that way to find out what is going on....Just thought I would post a note on here.

1-9-03 is the adte he is suppose to be released from his parole voilation. Aron now has an arrest warrant and an indictment for out criminal case. Since he is already in jail he will be easy to find. In other words he will be in jail for a long time. If we get our money back or not, that is up to the judge and we will be added to a long list if so.

I commend all you guys for stickin together and stickin this scumbag where he belongs!
I wouldnt look to get my dough back though cause the judge will just put a ruling of restitution to the plaintiffs and this ***** will proly fly once he's loose.
But it does feel good to get SOME justice outta the guy.

Yes you are the plaintiffs!
BUT, Useally how this works is the Judge orders the defendent to pay the plaintiffs the amount owed, ..But IF the guy doesnt do it, all they can do is garinshe his wages until its paid, Or send him back to jail.
The prob is, That alot of these guys just go somewhere else and start over and dont worry till they get caught again.
Its a pain in the ****, But thats how it works alot of the time.

Considering he still owes just over $200k from his previous case of scamming people out of car parts, etc etc that if we were goign to get our money back we would be in line. Is all I know is he will be "put away for a long time", according to the FBI agent working the case.

I received a letter from the US Dept. of Justice yesterday in regard to this case. In a short note it said this:
Aron Alan Frost pleaded guilty to the charge of "Fraud by wire, radio, or television" (main charge is categorized as Computer Fraud) and there will be no trial because of him pleading guilty. He is set for 9/2/03 10:30am before Judge Hogan for his sentencing.
I am going to get in contact with the lead prosecutor, Assistant US Attorney Sean B. Hoar to see what could be inculded in his sentencing and if I can get my money back. Will know more at a later date.
