Does these include seat rails/brackets for the STI?

 

No this is for the seats only.

Important:
The only brackets we can supply are competition brackets ($40 per seat). Unfortunately we do not offer any custom subframes.
I can supply the Sparco sliders for an additional $40 per seat, but not the custom subframes. Most of our customers have been able find a local fabrication shop to make them a custom subframe for between $50 and $75 per seat.

 

I also have this set with a blem in the gel-coat up under the fabric on the back of the headrest area.

OK I did a test fit with these in my car (wanted to see how they would feel). Unfortunately I am just too big for them (me 6'2" 230lbs 36" to 38" waist). You need to be a slender person I would say a 33" waist or slimmer. If these woure just a couple of inches wider they would have been great.
