Have any of you driven Highway 20 to Ft. Bragg at all???? I just did some field work there this week, I'm taking my car up next time, it is such a wicked twisty strech of highway. Oh, and happy Thursday all.

Heres a hint on laying brick and flagstone. http://www.hgtv.com/hgtv/gl_design_p...591285,00.html
Look around the website for more ideas.

Good luck.
I'm getting to design the AX3's backyard.
They have a pile of flagstone that they're gonna seal to make it brighter. Unfortunately this can also be a slipping hazard. I'm thinking about using it on the vertical surfaces in their yardscape.

I got a video (read VHS) somewhere of some old Hometime shows covering pavers and cement walkways.
They stress that you want more than just sand. Start with a bed of crushed stone and get that packed and leveled. Then add about an inch of sand on top of that. ploop on your stones and vibrate those into the sand layer a little. Then brush sand on top to fill the seams.
