SubNub is such a douche. I hate how he tries to come in acting all smart and he didn't even read your original post . "YOU USED A LOT OF PRONOUNS" omg I would kill myself. I am a grammar **** but that **** is over the line.

It seems clear to me you wanted a Perrin bumper beam, it's that guys fault for sending you an stock STI bumper beam. And after pming him multiple times asking for him to fix the problem and his response being "I'll get back to you Monday" and never responding..I think you exhausted your options with him.

OMG I just read to the end of that thread. I'd never buy anything from them after what he did. I couldn't imagine EVER calling one of my customers an a hole.

WRX Fanatics really protects their vendors too. As soon as he replied they locked the thread "ok they're in touch let's shut er down!

Seriously it's bull****... I think he is full of ****, and he was never going to respond to my emails until I made the thread. If it takes him a week to respond to my PM's but it took him less then 40 minutes to respond to the thread bashing him... Why wouldn't he have send me a message stating that he was still trying to work it out on Monday like he said he was going to?

I sent him a message saying

Well then send me a message stating that on monday, like you said you where going to do... You said you would reply on Monday, it's now Thursday... a week after you said it... Of course I'm going to jump to not my conclussion, everyone knows who is in the wrong here, and the misunderstanding definately points towards you...

Do what you think is right, I honestly think you are full of **** on working with getting them to send me a shipping label so I didn't have to pay for shipping, or else you would have responded on Monday like you said you would stating this, because last I checked that would be something I would like to know about....

So like I said do what you want, it will defininately effect how I talk about your compnay to the suby comunity. Up to you... I'll just sell it privately. and take the loss in shipping then make sure no one i know, or talk to buys from your company again. Or you can do what it right and I will stay nuetral on it. The Ball is in yourt court on how you want to represent boostkits.com
They said I took the wrong angle because I pretty much killed the "sympathy" aspect it, but I wasn't going for that. I am tired of getting pushed around by vendors/shops and the deal started on March 7th, meanwhile my car is stuck and not moving until I get the right bumper beam...
