omg. power outages for the win. power died about 5 minutes after i got to work. emergency lighting held out til about noon. once the stairwell's had no lighting at all they sent everyone on an hour lunch. after that the power was still out and since it was now a safety issue we all got to go home.

so i get paid for 4 hours of sitting on my *** doing nothing at work and 4 more hours sitting on my *** at home.

 

Gotta love that. It's like a taste of retirement.
