Just got the call from the insurance adjuster. Cost of the damage, $7350.63.
I'm starting to make plans to strip the car.
I'm going to have to leave the suspension. Should I take the brakes? Should I try to get the front sway bar?

What brakes do you have on there and the swaybar should be easy to take off.

I THINK, whatever you remove from the car, you have to replace.
So cant just strip the wheels and not put OEM or steel wheels on ect. Same with stereo, interior, ect.
Thats what ive been told in the past from my company.

Yup that's what we had to do, but we end up buying it back so it didn't matter.

I have very new carbotech pads and rotors that I kinda want. I also have old ****ty pads and rotors I need to get rid of. Rear sway is easy. Front sway is a PITA.
The real pain is that the stock parts have to be installed. I can't take my exhaust off and leave the original in the car kind of deal.

They need it to be somewhat drivable.
The exhaust is only 2 bolts. But like, if I swap the sway bar, I won't connect the endlinks. I did call my insurance guy about that since I'll be removing a seat and seatbelts... Those need to be installed.

Exactly. I have most original parts. I'll have to give up my mirror and suspension.
