you can see the red year sticker on the plate on the truck, and the florida plates do not have a different sticker

welp.. I am gonna call photochop on this one

here is a real California Arts plate



you see where the 4 is on that plate, if the plate on the mustang was real, you would not be able to see the bottom of the 4 with that huge license plate cover on it

I used to have the arts plates, and if I had a full size frame on, it would cut off the bottom of the letters...

its picky and could be cause of the lighting as well.. but the colors are differnet for the text in photoshop

Yeah, I said California because that's what his plate says and the California rainbow sticker to the upper left of the plate.
