I have about 6" between the top of the cab and the top of the door too. I'm going to have be careful when I install the lift kit to make sure I can still back out when I'm done.

How much are you lifting it? It's already leveled, right?
Worst case, just air down. You'll regain about 4 inches easy.

I just need to find some 18x9 wheels I actually like.

I like the Helo Maxx's and the Moto Metal 951's. I'd really like the TE37's, but they're a bit too much $.
Like Matt said, it's hard to find good looking wheels (unless you want to go to 20" and/or spend $$$$).

I know what you mean about it being blah, but it's industrial-looking. You picked the wrong color for the truck if you're trying to "spice it up" as opposed to making it look military/mean.
I hear you on the TE37's. With Motorsport gone, I lost my only real hookup on totally random wheels like that anyways, but I'm not sure if they make the combo you'd need in an 18" in any case. Eric up in Reno is going through the same thing with wheel choices; there's not many option in 18" and a ton in 20". You can get a lot more aggressive tires these days on a 20" fitment, but if you want a more conventional-looking truck setup, 18" is as big as you can go without looking urban-poseur.
What aobut somehting classic, like a Weld StoneCrusher/MountainCrusher? The Stonecrusher is an old-school drilled face, the mounat crusher is a trick looking split-6 spoke. They only come in 18x10, though, and you're looking at about 400 a pop. However, they're forged, and polished, instead of heavy-*** chrome.....
Or if you want cheaper, Procomp does a bunch of cast 18x9's; my dad had a set of Stonecrusher-type Procomps on his Tundra and they were pretty nice, especially for the price. They do forged polished setups too, like 330 apiece. 4Wheel Parts has had killer customer service for the truck stuff I've dealt with for my dad; they took back a set of wheels after a year of use and did a full credit on a different set due to a corrosion issue (not the Procomps) including remounting, etc.
