Well, my friend got terminated a few weeks ago, so they had me help cover the empty desk for a week or so. They moved a co-worker to the desk about a week ago and she put in her notice 2 days ago . So today I get a nice little call from my Supervisor asking me to cover for her desk. They have no one to fill the position yet, they said they are waiting for reference checks to go though.... pretty much that means that it will be about a month until someone starts on that desk...

So I pretty much just picked up a half of a case load. So not only do I have one of the highest case loads, I now have half of someone elses... a nice little holiday gift from my work

but they did say that I have as much over time authorized as I want... so maybe I'll live half my life at work for the next couple weeks and bring home some fatty checks.... hello goodies for me
