DOD:S is $20. You can buy a package that has Half Life 2, counter strike: source, etc, etc for like $50 or something. I already had Counter Strike so back when Counter Strike:Source came out I bought an upgrade pack that got me a bunch of extra games.

So my 3 year-old Motorola V66 phone is being flaky now. When I put it in my pocket or torque it a certain way it turns off. So I called T-Mobile support, after a total of 2 phone calls and over 30 mins on hold I reached a ***** who I explained the problem to. This ho first suggested I might want to see if a belt clip is available for this phone. I told her for the last 3 years I've carried this phone in my pocket and that it just started having this problem.
She then said we'd have to troubleshoot the problem. I told her I already checked the battery contacts and that all seemed fine, plus I was calling from the phone with the problem. I then asked her if she could give me the troubleshooting instructions over the phone and I'll write them down and try them when I'm off the line, she said she couldn't do that.
All the time having this attitude with me.
So then I procede to ask a couple questions, hypothetically if we did troubleshoot the phone and it couldn't be fixed, what kind of discount would I get? She said I'd get the standard rebate that the T-Mobile stores also give, plus I'd have to wait a week for the phone to get in. I then asked if there was some type of loyal customer discount (since I've been a customer with them for 3 years), she said the standard rebate is the "loyal customer" discount. I also asked if it's true that T-Mobile customers are elibible for upgrades every year, and she said that wasn't true. So by this time I know I'm not getting anywhere so I politely end the call and I'll just stop by a store tomorrow.
So this brings up another subject; black women with attitudes.
I don't know why this T-Mobile woman had an attitude with me, maybe it was the end of her shift and she wanted to leave or something else, who knows. But she didn't have to have this attitude with me, she's supposed to create a positive with the customer.
In addition to this T-Mobile woman, there's a black lady that passes out the orders at the McDonald's near my work in Rancho. One time I order a hot fudge sundae, she barely fills the ice cream to the top of the cup, plus she adds about half as much hot fudge as normal. I let it go the first time, but next time I went back she did the same thing, I politely asked her if she could add a little more ice cream, she took the cup and added a bit more, not even saying a word to me, almost like it was a burden for her to do this. It's her job, so that ***** should quit having that attitude. In addition, when I asked her for ketchup she had this attitude like it wasn't her job to get me some ketchup packs. I don't go to that McDonald's anymore.
Ok, I'm done ranting.
