State employees are like hamsters. There's ALWAYS someone with some kind of junk food stash somewhere nearby. lol
The one that kills me is a gal, on the other side of our floor, who has a whole drawer, literally, full of "fun size" candy bars--has to be AT LEAST 100 Snickers, Butter Fingers, Kit Kat, etc. "I need it because I'm diabetic in case my blood sugar drops." Pretty sure you're diabetic BECAUSE you have that 15 pounds of candy always within arms reach.

Because to them forcing to make room for Allo they have to cutback Hangouts. Realistically this is the problem with Android and why I see people not wanting to adopt the platform.
I don't understand why the core services that Google can provide have to be this mess. I don't understand why they can't go back to the drawing board and make something better than iMessage. We know they have the ****ing resources to get it done.
It just seems like they want to waste their resources by starting a new project and rolling it into production and then not spending any effort in maintaining that project.
Google loves solving problems that nobody has.

Our lower management are, generally, a bunch of retards. Middle management is the glue holding this ship full of stupid together. Upper management, or "suits" or "sky people" as we call them, is spread so thin, they have no clue what's going on anywhere. They know just enough to be a hazard to normal operation.
The real fun is going to be about 5 years from now. 60%, yes nearly 2 in 3 management personnel, from top to bottom, will be gone. Maybe more than that when the early retirees leave causing the poor fools left behind to jump ship.

Morning, this Pokémon thing is getting stupid, Dave and I went for a walk last night at Roseville fountains, there was so many people out, we thought it was Saturday, turned out 95‰ of them were glued to their phone. I mean it's nice people are out and about but come on look up ones in a while, instead of bike lanes they need phone lanes with guardrails.
