I just got home and my TT has been running for like 15 min!!! I'd say it was a bit long but had some fun sections worth going to again.

Photos soon.

Okay, that went a little too long with all my getting lost and such ...
It went well today despite turning around a few times. No big deal. Some of those roads were awesome while others were a little bumpy and narrow. We had no offs in the rain. The weather would vary from partially sunny to fairly heavy rainfall. We got above the 5000 ft mark on Hwy 88 (I think) before we turned around and headed home.

Here's a crudely shot and stitched series of four photos taken at Pardee Dam, then resized to save bandwidth. I just got this low-end camera Saturday and I'm still learning how to use it.

This shot was taken near the beginning of the drive. We pulled over for a few minutes to allow a slow-moving truck with trailer to open up some distance between us.

Cows goin' for a walk, overlooking Pardee Reservoir. If these were dogs instead of cows, do you know what they would be?

Just minutes later two of these cows were humpin' each other. I guess that means one was a bull?

Following lowball on the main drag in Sutter Creek.

STOP HERE on red. A red light means a vehicle is crossing over the Pardee Dam one-laner headed in your direction.

Odd... I thought all roads that cross dams were closed because of the potential for a truck bomb to take them out?

Cost saving measure: Don't close access to all dams, powerplants, and reservoirs - just state publicly that this is the case. Shhhh...
