Yeah Aaron tried to go to Frys and quickly decided against that when he saw the parking lot.

You should have been there when that place opened a few years ago. It was at least 10x on the opening day and following weekend than what is was today.

They did a **** poor job of planning parking for that mall. It is in desparate need of a parking garage.

Dirt parking lot + Mall + Busiest time of the year (read: WINTER) = a muddy mess

How much did you get them for? I had those on my WRX and they were my favorite of all of the aftermarket lights. Nice choice!

I went to Best Buy to pick up a present for my Mom's b-day (and a memorystick for my PSP) and I was talking to one of the guys, he said it was busier today than the day before Christmas. When I got in line there were at least 50 people ahead of me, luckily it was only a 10-15 min. wait.

So this trip down I decided to risk having to chain the Miata going over Donner in order to save gas. Well, no weather on either leg of the trip, although there was a ton of rain lat Christmas Day, but traffic kicked my ***. 5 hours to go 170 miles. And the delay was entirely between Truckee and a little west of Nyack Road, which is where that truck parking check-your-breaks thing is. Stop-and-go crawl for like 35 miles. Probably saved 4 or 5 gallons of gas *just* during that stretch, and yay fo rnot chaining. I might still be there waiting for the rest of the idiots to figure them out.

Coming home I decided to come over one of the summits around Mt. Lassen and it was snowing like nothing else, still a cool drive though, I had my fun. Anyone notice that Californian's and Oregonian's are scared to drive in the snow? Sheesh, learning to drive in Montana during winter snow storms made me synical of everyone I guess
