I know I might take some crap for this one, but the reference is kinda obscure, so I think it deserves an explaination. Anyhow, Snot Rod was a minor (but pivotal) character in the Pixar movie "Cars".

He's got old-school style, he's kinda dorky, and he suffers persistent "nasal allergies". Just like me.
