So not heppy with Elk Grove Subaru. I set an appt with Elk Grove Subaru for service today and guy can't find me on calendar and his gesture sounds like I'm making it up. Still haven't been helped after waiting for 20 mins....

that would make me so mad.
I'm usually really busy, so I usually make appointments for EVERYTHING.
I'd much rather go online or call and make one than do "walk in" type stuff.
unfortunately most places treat their appointment/commitment system as a general "if we're bored and have no other walk-in clients, we'll serve you at the time we said we would.
it makes me rage
