I hate taking naps at 6pm, then sleeping until 8 or 9pm, but then being too tired to actually get up and do something so you go back to bed and sleep until morning, and when you wake up you don't feel any more refreshed than if you had gotten only 6 hours of sleep as opposed to the 12 hours you actually got.
